Blend of 3 types of 100% Arabica coffee matured in rum barrels. A coffee that fears no equal: the beans are blessed 33 times , then left to mature in rum barrels, left to rest in our cellars with sacred music. Subsequently the barrels are placed on the Sacred Line of St. Michael and only after a day opened. The coffee is finally wood-roasted.
